hi.this is going to be the last time i start a diet.this time next year diets will be the thing of the past.i have started doing slimming world by myself at home with help of sited like these and the sw books.i have determination but sometimes thats not enough.i have always dreamed of going into a shop and slipping(not squeezing)into size 12 jeans.thats my goal.i am currently a size 14 weighing 12st7lb last weigh in monday 23rd may.i started following the plan then.i am doing extra easy.my 1st proper weigh in to see if iv lost is monday30th may.i just want to be healthy and not classed as 'a big girl'.my OH says he loves me curvy so isnt really supporting me.that's why i joined here.for encouragement and inspiration.my ultimate goal is 10st 10lb but i have set my mini goal at 11st7lb.please respond with stories x

Hi, I joined last week too, similar goal - to fit comforably into size 12's!! Currently still wearing maternity clothes and my little girl is 9 wks old so really trying to stick to it this time. My weigh in is monday also. Good Luck!!

Well today i didnt eat alot as not felt well.

Lunch vegetale cous cous mackeral in tomato sauce and salad
Grapes

Dinner.nothin

Banana

Feeling better this evening so tomorrow will try eat more.and lots superfree.
One more day til weigh day

Good luck on your journey hun, I've got around 5 stone to lose, but have started sw again (for the millionth time) with Mr Boo so its much easier this time.

Had a sneaky look on scales this morning and couldnt believe my eyes....not going to say what they.said as may be different again tomorrow when i WI. Doing well today.motivated when i fitted into a pair of jeans i couldnt fit in few weeks ago.less then a week and i notice the change already :)

Weigh in the morning.eeeeek. Iv.been so good.sure ill have a nice loss

Well i know nobody really following my story but still helps to write bout it.
Anyway.today is weigh day and i have weighed this morning. Last monday i was 12st7lbs.
This morning i am........12st 2lbs
Thats a loss of 5 lbs.wow im chuffed.
Hoping for same again next week ;-)

Today i started my day with
Banana
Yoghurt

Will post rest of diary tonight

Well i lost 5lb yippeee that really gives me a boost to keep going!!!!chuffed :)

Starting weight 12 st 7 lbs
Current weight 12 st 2 lbs
Weight lost 5lbs
Weight to lose to mini target 9lbs
Weight to lose til target 20lbs
