My weightloss pics!!

Thank you all so much, it means a lot!!

For the first 6 months I did davina 30 mins!! The cardio box, once a week and went swimming once a week!!!
Then I started Zumba.....love love love it!!!
I now do 3 x a week Zumba!!!

I started in Jan 12!! Took a mth break in march then started properly April 12 and had got to target by jan this year!! Since then I've toned up loads through exercise x
