I use the Nandos rub in the cardboard packet ( lemon one as some family members don't like it to spicy) only 14 cals per 25g ( just over one syn for the whole packet?) the rub does at least one whole chicken and alittle left over for maybe 2 small chicken pieces. I am a big Nandos fan and have found this fab and doesn't cost anywhere near as much as a trip to Nandos restaurants. I would suggest if using a whole chicken score the skin alot on the breasts and legs and rub in the spices I tend to spatchcock my chicken so leave in the baking tray cover it with kitchen foil and place in the frdige over night. When coming to cook it heat oven to 190 ( fan assist) and cook for about 45mins. Once cooked remove the skin ( I find it keeps the breast meat moist) before serving. Easy and delicious...hope this helps :)
