Well, i had the confirmation page online when I booked them but no email or anything. I know I def booked them as the webpage confirmed my seat selections. Epic fail ticketmaster.

Did they take the funds from your bank account? Make sure you get on to customer services and give them hell!

No because it was giftcards which have full balances on them now!!! Have complained to them - just upset as all sold out in Plymouth and Truro and Bristol.
