Nasty taste in my mouth

Haven't got bad breath but I do have a horrid taste in my mouth. It's like a saccharine taste sweet/bitter.

I drink loads of water so am at a loss as to what it could be.

Anyone have an idea?:cry:

I dont know but I sometimes get it. To me it is like a metallic taste, but since I have been using the drink flavourings it doesnt seem so bad.

I also get that at times, been on LL for 21 weeks now and still get it now and then, not that often, yes I agree LadyLite it's like a metallic taste, yuk

it's horrid - I have a chest infection which isn't helping!

The metallic taste can be a sign that you are in ketosis according to my LLC

It's getting better as the night wears on - thank goodness.

WI tomorrow so I'll see if this extra water has had a positive effect
