    well after a fab 1st week, this week i have been horrible. I have eaten everything in sight (tom i think). :sigh: I wont have lost this week but it is my own fault, need to get back on track tomorrow.

    My godnessss that's a fab 1st weeks loss :), I lost 6lbs on my 1st week which kept me going.
    I've had totm for the last 10 days but have been good through gritted teeth so know how hards it's been :)
    Just keep in mind how great you felt at weigh in when it gets tough xx

    Yes my friend (munch munch) we all have bad days but we have to see the bigger (or rather slimmer ) picture and try not to let it take over .Back in the saddle hun , we can do, it we can do it!!

    Hope your weekend got better - just draw a line under it and get back on board. Everyone is entitled to day / days like that - it's only natural.

    Hope you've managed to start afresh this week :) - don't dwell on last week, at least you know the reason for your hic-up - naughty tom - we girls do have our trials :sigh:
