Ok, you can continue on "being bad" and eating away but you know, its going to give you about 10mins of satisfaction and then your going to be filled with guilt AND how are you going to feel weigh day?? - completely fed up with yourself.

Draw a line under what you've eaten so far and start a fresh - seriously! its not worth it! - keep reminding yourself how much you want this!! are you going to let Mattie win? you want to be slim more than you want to eat - I know you do!!!

had rice cripies for breakfast and banana
went shopping, had tuna jecket and sweetcorn.
then all goes down hill
went to costa coffee shop and had carrot cake but fruit juice!!!!
tonight is chicken pie veg and new potatoes.
so ok ish day
went for walk about town in sun and then round garden centre
