need free or low syns for tinned products also pasta sauces - have no oven!!!

i'll be living in temp accommodation, possibly for the next 3 months or so - there is a stove top, but no oven - eeeep!!!
have so far been living on pasta, but going slowly stir crazy wondered if someone would kindly post selection of free or low syn tins and pasta sauces for me to buy to help me stick to slimming world - i shop in tesco and icelands if posting own brand foods

i like rice so anything to jazz it up a little would be great, are any of the rice or couscous or risottos free/low - like the ainsley ones?
