Need help with syn value please

I'm without online access at the moment, could anyone please advise me what the syn values are for the following pasta sauces? (values per 680g jar, 5 servings)

Cal 450 (fat cal 125)
Sat fat 0g

Cal 400 (fat cal 75)
Sat fat 2.5g

What other info is needed again???

pasta sauces dont qualify for a free food allowance, so you can easily work out the total syns by using 1 syn for every 20 calories.

Making the first one 22.5 syns for a 680g jar

and the second 20 syns for a 680g jar
