    Hiya,
I'm currently on lipotrim tfr and have been for 3 weeks but have got to the point where i know i'm blow it all if i don't eat something soon, so am thinking about refeeding next week, The reason i am posting this here is because i am considering goin on to slimming world to carry on losing! But although i have done various other diets, i have never done slimming world before so i want to look into it, What i really want to find out is how it works and what u can eat? and how are people doing and how do u rate it? Sorry for all the questions but i know nothing about it and have been told it's really good! xxxxx

If you look on the slimming world website there is a 7 day menu there which will give you an idea of what you can eat.

I came from cd to slimming world, the loss obv isnt as dramatic, but it's the best thing I ever did.

There are various different plans on SW to suit you, and you never go hungry :D

The thing about slimming world is that it isn't a quick fix and you won't get quick losses. It's a lifestyle change. You need to change the way you view food and the things you eat on a daily basis. Unless you can get your head around that then no diet will ever work, cos as soon as you lose the weight and go back to how you ate before, you're back to where you started again.

If you want to lose weight and learn to eat sensibly then I think SW is the way to go.

Good luck whatever you choose to do.

You can eat anything you want on SW, only certain things are restricted eg bread, cereal, cheese, milk and "treats" like chocolate, sweets, alchohol.

That's it in a nutshell!! It's the closest you will get to normal eating and like ninja said, it's not a quick fix, you will average 1 to 2 pounds a week weight loss (maybe more though) but it is consistant and you will not go hungry. SW say if you are hungry then you are doing this wrong!!

Good luck whatever you choose, but I would recommend SW (of course!)

i did LT for 10 weeks and don't regret a second of it. However beign on SW has been a joy :)

I just warn you that after LT you may not lose weight for a while. Its taken me nearly 2 months to settle into eating and I have started to exercise to boost my metabolism.

So SW will be slower, but if you keep sticking with it then you will see results :) Try and stick to refeed 100% and ease yourself in with the original plan. Thats the best advice i can give.
