Me too, but i perservering. I know i can do it and so can you. I have set myself a target of not touching my weeklies till friday and 12 hours in to the week, i have stuck to it so far lol

Me too, :-( haven't got back on it properly since Xmas, when I put on 6lbs! I have maintained which is better than putting on! But still have 3rd to lose hopefully I can get my momentum back.

Know that feeling pretty well at the mo. Back with my WI's tomorrow night so will see how i go. Expecting a gain though. But will get back on track as will you :)

Last week I gained 0.5lb and STS this week so feel a bit "meh" but I am having a gym induction tomorrow so hopefully it'll help me :)

Completely off it :( I bet I put on loads but something in side me is stopping me x
