They are not listed I'm afraid so can't say without knowing the nutritional values which do not seem to be on their website.

By the way we have a dedicated forum for questions about syn values so can you try and remember to post there instead of the main forum. Poor Starlight and Irene end up having to move loads of posts otherwise.

Since they're made from milk, you can deduct 6 syns from those values if you use your healthy extra A for it!
