Hello! Started SW diet about 4 days ago and still getting to grips with what is free and what counts as syns (as not signed up so just guessing at the mo
)
Red day yesterday. This is what I had (hope I'm on the right track...)
Brekkie
2 slices of wholemeal toast, one with scraping of butter and one with scraping of jam (I'm guessing 4 syns??)
Lunch
Tuna with salad, drizzle of fat-free dressing
Apple
Dinner
Lamb chops (took off fat) with vegetables (cauliflower, brocolli, green beans and carrots)
Gravy (3 syns??)
After dinner
Picked at selection of cheeses (full fat :cry
with two crackers (not sure I want to know how many syns!!!)
Snacks
Two bags of Fridge Raiders Chicken Bites (I'm hoping these are free on red day as just chicken)
I know that lamb is prob not the best meat to have on the diet but I am visiting my family and they are doing the cooking (this is also why I am also not counting the copious amount of red wine I drank last night either!! - I know it's about 5 syns a glass usually)
Can anyone give me some guidance as I know this was possibly a bad food day but my main thought was to avoid the carbs. Thanks guys!
