    I had my first weigh im tonight and only lost 1.5 lbs a bit disappointed if im honest - i am going to write everything down this week to make sure im understanding the plan! Good luck with your weigh in.

    I have weigh in fri ... I don't feel as if I have lost anything as yet but still a couple of days to go . A pound and half is great especially if u have felt full all the time and still lost. Well done. I found making a food diary in here helps post what u have to eat daily :) x

    I didn't know there was a food diary on this site. I have tried filling in the sw online diary but it takes me too long to find and put things in and then I dont bother doing it so I thought if I try and write it down at night when I get home from work. Are u following ee? I am getting a little confused as when I read other people's posts on here I'm not sure which is the best way to do things.

    I'm sure u will do well on Friday - you have another 2 and a bit days. Fingers crossed for you :)

    There is a section with everyones food diary so i have just started my own and just write down what il be eating for the day and then alter on an evening and include a few pics ha !! It has helped me keep on track of what im eating and also shows what i eat 2 much of and not enough off ! I will try send you my link (not sure if i am that tehnical though ha) x

    I am doing it at a club - the leader is lovely and its seems very friendly. I am doing EE.

    Yes I have to say since finding this site I have not gone a day without looking at it - lots of good advice and tips and friendly people!

    Yep im also doing EE aswell, at a group. There soo much on here lol, ive just seen a lovely bunch of sweet recipes.. yummy as i have quite a sweet tooth. Here's to a great week :)

    Fortunately im not really a dessert person - I cannot imagine what I would weigh if I liked dessert too! Ha ha chocolate, biscuits and savoury things are my downfall - and an obvious lack of will power! I feel in the right frame of mind right now and im just hoping as I get to grips with the basics of sw I will start to see good results - fingers crossed! Xx
