hi jim, dun c.d. twice b4, both times iv dun really well but i get down 2 about 20lbs of my goal and then things start 2 go wrong! it starts off small - u learn wot little treats u can have without it makin much of an inpact n then 'boom' b4 u no it im shuvlin food down my neck like im sittin at the last supper! really wanna get this sorted once and 4all this time, feel like im wastin my life away. how r u findin it? do u think this diet is the 1 uv bin searcin 4? if u stick 2 it - it shows fantastic results. i wish u all the luk in the world - u can do this!!! infact - we both can!! xx
