Hi hunny, yes Day 2 was a bit of a shock to the system for me, it's getting used to it & making the diet routine that's the hardest bit I think. I really like the choco mint milkshake, it's gorgeous, I think I could have three of those for life lol, and the funny thing is I never actually liked chocolate my weakness is sweets.. By the end of your first week you'll be feeling so much better so hang in there x
