    Hi!
    I figured I'd say hello. :eek: I'm on my second day of CB and everything seems to be working out fine so far.
    Found this forum while I was searching around for people who have been able to maintain their weight after CB. Heard so much negative about how you will gain everything back again.
    This is not the first time I try to loose weight but for once I actually think I'm ready.

    My stomach have been messed up for two years and I can't eat alot of foods because they give me stomach aches and whatnot.
    That's why I figured this might be the way to go. :3
    So far I haven't had any problems with my stomach. But then again, this is only my second day. :p

    This forum is excellent, I've been on here for almost a week now and it's proved so invaluable so far. I think it's going to be a great help as I get into the CD (I'm on day one so far!).

    How have you found the food packs so far?

    Hi pichi and welcome, the reason people put weight on after any diet is because they go back to their old way of eating, well, doh, that's how we got fat in the first place.
