I've been a long time lurker in these forums ...but I'm finally starting the diet tomorrow after years of yo yo dieting:devilangel:...it has to stop!!!!
I'm actually looking forward to the change (and the weight loss)
Your posts on here are really inspiring...you've all had fab losses!!!
I've only got a few weeks til I go on Hols,we're off for the first 10 days of August...do I try and stay on diet when on hols, or have a little cheat (trying to stay on proteins) or refeed and start when I get back?
I'm 5 foot 6 and weigh around 16st 10lb (omg...how did it get to that:sigh::cry so I've got a fair way to go ...but at least I feel positive
