are the EE syn values still just the lowest of red and green or have they worked them out properly based on what is free on ee? ie noodles and veg dish would be free on ee, but by using the lowest of either red or green ur still synning something which is free on ee...i hope theyve changed this x

from what i can see it is still the lower of the two syn values.

At least these changes will make us all focus a bit more on what we are eating as I think I am going to be doing a bit more checking whats free and superfree etc now.
