New to Calorie Counting!!

Hey everyone!!
I ve been on soooooo many diets in the past and at the beginning of this year lost 2 stone with slimming world but have now gained it all!!!
Currently at 17 stone 2lbs and feel yuk! especially considering i am to be a bridesmaid in May next year!! eek!!!!
Anyhow i started counting calories from yesterday and will be writing everything down i eat!!!

Monday......
Breakfast- Banana- 100 cals

Lunch- 2 dry crackers, tiny piece of steamed chicken with tiny bit of broccoli and carrots (i work in a nursery so picked at the lunch there!)- 250 ish cals
Choc Bar- 120 cals

Tea- Chicken breast, Jacket Potato, Salad and extra light salad cream- 450 cals
Yogurt- 120 cals

1040 Calories (Didnt realise i had so little! oopsie!!)

Today............

Breakfast- 1 slice toast, light spread, 1/2 tin beans- 320 cals

Lunch- Pasta, chicken, tinned tomatoes- 450 cals

Well done on the previous weight loss, even if it did go back on. Losing that much weight is still a big achievement! Looking back, do you know what caused the weight to go back on?

Hello Popcorn!

Well done for starting your journey again. I lost weight with SW and put it all back on and more. I find calorie counting much easier and it works!
