Hi Jennie, ive almost finished week 6 on lipotrim, ive lost almost 2 stone and im finding it easier than any diet ive ever done before! i have days when i feel down but you just have to focus on the weight you've already lost and how much more you WILL lose if you stick to it 100% the days that i really crave food, (because believe me, they will happen!) dont last more than a day and by the next day im usually feeling positive again so just remember that if you do feel low it wont last long!!
Like everyone else has said, drink plenty of water, i hate water so i found that difficult at first but i know drink fizzy water which is allowed and i find it much nicer to drink!
the shake flavours, flapjacks, and soup are personal choice i guess, i hate the soup and love the flapjacks and dont mind any flavour of the shakes, its worth trying them all out at least once though because if you dont mind them all then the variety will stop you getting quite so bored of all the same stuff all the time!
this site is brilliant, it helps with advice and just knowing that you're not alone and i find that it also keeps me busy and my mind off wanting to eat so if i get bad cravings i come on here and feel all positive again!! Good luck on you're journey,but im sure you will be fine!!
