Heya, I'm thinking of trying low carb! I weighed myself this morning and I'm 10st 2lbs!!! Back in June I was 8st 9lbs
I've basically just been binging on take aways and junk food and feel like crap! I have a major sugar addiction so was thinking of trying low carb. I did Atkins before a few years ago but found it too difficult sticking to under 20 carbs a day! I'm lactose intolerant so means I can't have dairy and wheat is also a no no for me. Any suggestions? Should I cc and low carb? I used to lose weight when I stuck to 1200 cal a day but now I just keep binging in the evenings! I know it's different for everyone but roughly how many carbs should be a starting point for me? I'm getting married next August and want to lose weight, but want this to be a lifestyle change and not a drastic diet that I'll only fail on!
