New to not being on a "diet"

Hello!

I'm new to this site but not new to diets. I realised the other day, that it's actually been years (3 to 5 years) since I WASN'T on some sort of diet. I started with slimming world, switched to weightwatchers, back to slimming world, back to weightwatchers, then calorie counting, ali pills, then back to slimming world. In the past I've also done the south beach, and lost weight by hammering the gym. However, I seem to be pretty much the same weight as when I started all of these crazed diet missions. Perhaps I'm not committed enough, but I realised it has been years since I wasn't on a diet and just tried to eat normally... You know like a normal person who isn't obsessed with syns or points or calories. My boyfriend was embarrassed going shopping with me as I would literally flick through my guides for every item. So, here goes my eat normally plan... Joiners are very welcome! We'll see how it goes, but if I fail I'll be back haunting the slimming clubs! Wish me luck :)
