New to Slimming World - any tips for a beginner?

There are plenty of "Advice" posts which are all helpful.

I guess my main three would be.

Stop when you are full. It sounds obvious but its easy to get carried away with Free foods and just eating more than you want "just because you can".

Plan, Plan, Plan. I find at home I am fine, but the moment I leave the house without planning on what I will be eating during the say is when I find myself scoffing cakes, sausage rolls and burgers because its easier than hunting for SW food out.

Most importantly.

Enjoy your food and dont get bogged down that you are "on a diet". There are hundreds of really great recipes and things you can eat so enjoy yourself on the good food, and it will keep your hand out the cookie jar.
