    Hey everyone,

    Just like to introduce myself. I'm new to SW and Minimins, having been to my first class today.

    Everyone was really friendly and I'm excited to start. I'd love to lose about 3 stone all in all.

    That's about it. Any hints and tips would be highly appreciated! :)

    Hey, welcome!

    Theres plenty of hints and tips to be found in these here boards, so have a good nose about and if theres anything you dont understand, just shout!

    My top tips would be...

    Plenty of variety in your meal planning. You will find it much easier to keep going if you have lots of interesting meals to look forward to, and your weight loss will be much more efficient if you dont eat the same thing day after day.

    Dont be alarmed by how much you can eat! You WILL still lose weight.

    and

    If you dont know.. ask, because someone will!
