New to SW (well this time around)

Hey, Just wanted to say Hi to you all! I'm Nova, and am nearly through week one on SW.

Done every diet going, my most succesful being CD where I lost 5 st a year or so ago, but it can't have been that succesful as I put it all back on.

Have done SW a few times before, but am taking a slightly different approach this time- am adopting the SW rules as a lifestyle change, not a diet, allowing myself to deviate from time to time, and not to get hung up and obssesed about it, as I have done in the past.

I am doing online atm, and will see how it goes!
