Hey, Just wanted to say Hi to you all! I'm Nova, and am nearly through week one on SW. Done every diet going, my most succesful being CD where I lost 5 st a year or so ago, but it can't have been that succesful as I put it all back on. Have done SW a few times before, but am taking a slightly different approach this time- am adopting the SW rules as a lifestyle change, not a diet, allowing myself to deviate from time to time, and not to get hung up and obssesed about it, as I have done in the past. I am doing online atm, and will see how it goes!
