Hi all

Just settling in to this forum, looks like a great support for everyone!

I have slowly been putting up the lbs and i've had enough

I joined Slimming world last year but tbh the meeting did not suit as I just did not "get" the girl running it.

Each to their own I suppose.

Going to try the online version instead and keep this forum for support
