Really need help and support. I'll be doing SW from home mixed in with some 5:2 weeks. Our of control with food currently, I'm on it from today. Has this worked for any body or there? Would be good to hear about it
Hi, I have just joined Minimins. I have just started the 5:2 diet and really need the support as I am to prone to snacking if I feel hungry! How are you all doing so far?
Wow, you have done amazing so far! Good luck for the weigh in. If you are determined then you will do it. I have 2 more stone to lose. I've already lost 2 stone in the last year. Feeling much better for it. Running after a toddler has helped! Now I need the extra boost.
Thanks for the tips on recipes. I will also have 40 cal hot choc if I need it. Gives me a chocolate fix![]()
On a down day try cauliflower. It's a really good substitute for carbs. I made a Quarn cottage pie and instead of potatoe top I used mashed cauliflower with a bit of skimmed milk. I'm not even sure if I preferred or to potatoe. Worked really well![]()
Cauliflower rice is great with a curry and courgette spaghetti is lovely with a quorn bolognaise.
So weighed in yesterday and was down anther 2lb. Makes -7 altogether, half a stone woo
