New WeightWatchers girl!

Hi i've just started again, been doing it 1 week :) good luck with the 3 stone just stick with it. I lost 7lbs last week with barely any exercise, so if i can do it anyone can!!! keep us posted with how you're getting on :D xx

Have you got much to lose? I hope i can shift it, i need to lose exactly 50 lbs to get to my healthy bmi. I'll keep with it, i have to!

I set myself exactly 30lbs to lose so now i'm 23 away, i'm going for the middle of my BMI.. I'm not expecting a massive loss like that every week 1-2lbs and i'm happy!
You should maybe think about setting urself mini targets? that always helps me!! like lose 10lbs in "X" amount of time, after that you can think about tho next 10lbs etc etc
Maybe it's just my brain that works like that, it feels very daunting to me when it comes to weight and big numbers lol
