Hi everyone!!

well thought i would come on and introduce myself! im christie and from friday i am back on the slimming world plan, have done the diet before and lost a stone :) but over the past year i have put it back on :( the amount i have been eating is hectic and for the past few months i said to myself oh im goin back to sw and never did but now im determined, new year new me!!!

any advice would be great!! has anythin changed??

my sw class doesnt start back until next thurs but im gona do it on my own for a week to get used to it again!!lookim forward to gettin stuck in and talkin to you all!!

Your Consultant will explain better, but you only have one hexa and one hexb but you can have red and green foods on one plate and you choose the lowest syn value for your syns, i.e. sausage on red might be 5 syns but on green 9 syns well with this plan it only 5 syns. Hope this helps, but get the full picture from your class before you start then you know your'e on the right track. xxx
