hello! i'm new. i'm not following any particular diet, i am just going to try and cut down on snacking and eating mcdonalds, and increase my activity more by going to the gym and starting some classes.

2 years ago i was 8st 4 and a size 8 after loosing alot of puppy fat and not drinking for a year but after going to uni for a year and then working in an office for a year drinking lots of alcohol and eating rubbish foods my weight has slowly crept up to 11st and i'm now a size 12 at 5'4.

i would like to loose around 3 stone :)
