So I'm new here. HI!
Having tried countless times to shift my excess weight, I really HAVE to stick to it this time! I have a habit of losing a few lbs, then putting more back on. It's a cycle!
I'm not on a specific diet... yet...
I'm taking on ideas from various places. I toy with the idea of Slimming World, as I like the recipes, and this is what I mostly eat, but I'm just not sure that a club is for me.
