Hi! On Sunday I decided I need to do something about my weight. I have dieted before but always gave up. I am determined to stick to it this time and hope I will have help and support if I need it. :D

My first weigh in I was 235lbs! I need to lose around 8 stone and I know I can do it this time! :)

I will be calorie counting because I find it is easier to stick to than other methods such as Weight Watchers/Slimming World etc.
