I did spinning for the first time last night, and i swear i was killed after it, nearly passed out! was great after tho, i really think it was a great exercise, might do it again tomorrow. see how it goes.
How are you finding this website? I think its a great motivator to see all these people losing weight and feeling happy about it, it really spurs you on dont you think?
