My names Lindsey I joined slimming world nearly 2 weeks ago and have my weigh in's on Monday evenings (due tomorrow). I have found it a little hard being a newbie due to having to check my book all the time etc. In my first week I only lost a pound which I was a little disappointed about as other newbies have lost 3's and 4's!!
I have been trying hard this week and bought loads of ingredients to make slimming world recipes which should be yummy!!! I have cut loads of things out of my diet but have still had some syns everyday.
How do you all diet successfully? do you have syns everyday? and finally any tips for me???
PS: I have started back at zumba every week also....
