Newbie needing help!

First of many questions is.....can I eat doner kebab meat....I been eating boring the last few days and need a take away.
Also does anyone know what I could order leagally from the chinese?

People do eat kebabs without the pitta with no bad effect and I have special chop suey and pour the sauce off from it.

Yip, and the foo yung is better than the kebab in terms of sticking closely to the diet. I would sometimes have chicken foo yung and a *little* naughty gravy.
