    Hi

I'm 29 and weigh nearly 23stone! Shocking i know. I have so much to lose that it seems like it may never happen. I have started today to take Xenical which is a last chance type of thing as i want to have a baby and can't while i weigh this much. I'd love to say there is a reason behind my weigh - i mean a good reason other than i eat far too much of all the wrong things and don't exercise. I am not fooling myself the way some people do "i don't eat all that much" - yeah i do. I like my food too much. Hopefully logging on here i can get some support and keep me busy in the evenings and not want to eat!! I am determined this time. I have already lost 19lbs with WW and i am continuing to go as well as get weighed by the doctor. My weigh in day is a Saturday. Hopefully you will all help me stay on the straight and narrow.

    Hi EJ.
I started the Cambridge Diet on the 12th May this year and my start weight was 23st 6lbs my goal weight is 12st 6lbs, 154lbs to lose, I have lost the 54lbs so ONLY 100 more to go.

In the teens now so feel as though at least one of my goals has been reached.

Down from 30/32 to 22/24 remarkable!

I will not have another birthday as a blob, on my 43rd birthday I will be "normal".

I wish you all the luck in the world, it will be long and hard, but the results will be well worth it.

Drop into the CD forum from time to time and let me know how you are fairing. Louie Lou (Jane)xxx

Thanks Guys. Really helpful to know there are people in the same position. I know it will be long and hard work but i am more dertermined than ever. Took eight years to persuade my other half that children would be a good idea and now i need to make it happen.
