I managed to lose 18lbs on slimming world but thinking of trying to lose the last few lbs by counting cals. My question is do you count everything? Fruit, veg, meat etc? If so how do you know the cal content.
Also i think i will struggle with evening meal. Say i had spag bol, how do i count cals on that? Sorry lots of questions

Yeh it can get tricky but after a while you get used to what portion size you generally have and remember the calorie content. You can find out how many calories are in foods that aren't packaged by looking it up online and weighing what you are "allowed". I know it does sound tricky but I'm having much more success calorie counting than I did on SW. Plus nothing is really out of bounds like it is on SW. If you want chocolate, have some; there are no syns.

For spag bol you can find low calorie recipes, found one on this link which looks very tasty and is only 169 calories for the bolognaise.

Oh it so easy to monitor your calories. Log on to http://www.myfitnesspal.com enter in your details and you can track your calories. I haven't found any food that isn't listed
