im new to to this website but have done sw before and lost a stone in a couple of months im wanting to rejoin but not sure what days to do ee red or green any advice would be great.
Hiya, welcome to Minis and welcome back to Slimming world. I used to do red and green the last time I was on SW, but this time my C encouraged me to try EE and I am totally converted. EE is all I do now and it does work. Maybe give it a try for a week and see how you get on, then if it doesn't suit you you can always go back to red/green days.
