Take each week as it comes, set yourself small achievable goals and before you know it you'll be checking them off and becoming even more motivated.
The time we take to loose it is a good time to reeducate ourselves with how to eat properly.

thats good huni, at least its happening for you. I am on slimming world, love it but bn off the wagon and finding it hard to get bk on track!!!
