Lol I am not A big fan of akbarz .. But I'm going to c how I feel tomorw evening !! My sis n cuzins won't be happy if I'm not eating!! Have told them it really depends on how I feel tomrw nite! I chew gum aswel sumtimes as hubby always says my breath stinks lol but I also use breath spray

does chewing gum not take you out of ketosis??
