Do you mean how many syns you should be having? If so then everyone gets between 5 and 15 syns a day. Lots of people aim to have around 10 as this allows a little leeway for mistakes with syn values. But many others just use the full 15 so it is entirely up to you.
from personal experience my weight loss is better if i have sins towards the higher amount each day, so generally i have between 10 and 15, strange but true! as soon as i only start having the minimum 5 sins my weight loss struggles!! a bonus for me i suppose, just shows that our bodies are strange things indeed and of course we are all different!
