The names Sam, although my nic-names daisy, I joined slimming world last week after only ever being a member of weight watchers, in a week I'm an absolute convert!! All the syn free home made food is out of this world and so tasty!!

I used to be on SW, but I've switched to SnS, a VLCD because I have so much to lose, and I find it easier on total food replacement plans. Slimming world worked well for me previously! Good luck xxx
