Newbie

Hello.

I am new to the site. Thank you for allowing me to join. I am glad to join a community that is also working on dieting and exercise. Since the pandemic I have gained a few more pounds. More in my face, arms, and stomach if anything but I have been having great results for the past two months with getting back to the size I should be by exercising each day and putting myself on a much better diet than before. I am here to get ideas from others as well as share my own.
