Hi I've just joined. I'm going to do the WW Discover Plan as it's the only one where I lost a decent amount of weight. 32lbs which was brilliant. I now need to lose because I'm very close to being diabetic. So it's now or never.
I've just received my discover plan off ebay so haven't started yet. I've lots of recipe books but the main info I must have binned. Anyway I'm going to familiarise myself with it afain
