hello every1, just thought i would say hi, im due to start lighterlife on monday and cant wait, been looking on forum for about a week or so and every1 seems to be doing so well, cant wait to lose this 4 1/2 stone!

Hi Lynda, I am a newbie too. I started Cambridge last Monday and have my first weigh in on Bank Hoilday Monday. Everyone on here is lovely and the success stories are fab really inspirational. I have nearly 6ish stone to lose so hoping I can be a success story too.

Good luck Lynda - it is a great diet - the only reason it will fail is down to you - keep at it and you WILL lose weight fast and easily.
