Because you are quite light i'd imagine that's the reason you lost a little bit less compared to others first week weigh ins. But ... 4.5lbs is a fantastic number!! :D

I dont think you are expecting too much to lose 2stone. Hopefully in a few weeks you will be there. Average is 1st a month for women :)

You are doing great hun! Well done! Just keep drinking the water. Sometimes people have a great 2nd week! I found it all got MUCH easier after the first 2 weeks so hang in there! Welcome!

Just keep taking one day at a time. 4.5lbs is still 2.5 bags of sugar that you're not carrying around with you.

Thanks for the advice, a friend of mine visited today and made a comment I had lost weight, that gave me a boost, think I might not have lost as much due to it being the totm and also because I had been cutting down before, my start weight in january was 13.3
