Absolutely awe inspiring. Those people must feel fantastic at the results of their hard work and determination.

It's great that they share their journey with other people and show that it can be done.

I hate having my photograph taken but I'm taking a 'before' picture tomorrow evening in preparation for the Monday start. I intend to take one every week and make a little picture diary hoping it will help spur me on. This will be a huge thing for me as having my photograph taken brings me out in a cold sweat as I can not look at myself from the shoulders down!

I also hate having my photo taken but am taking weekly pics to follow my journey.
