Hi, ive been following SW for a few years and although at the start I lost 6 stone for my wedding in 2004, I put most of it back on.
I kept losing and gaining the same weight, for the past few years.
Last summer I did Dukan for a few weeks before a holiday, I loved it and lost some much needed weight.
However again Ive regained it back
I did return to SW after my holiday but struggled to get on track again.
I thought about how much I loved Dukan and restarted it in March
I will admit that as much as I need and want to lose weight im very relaxed about it.
my weigh in's are-
week 1=-8
week 2=-5
week 3=-3
week 4=-2
week 5=-2
week 6=-1
week 7=-4
I weigh in on Thursday, so -4 was todays weigh in.
very pleased as Id had too many pv days over the school hols.
I usually do pp M/T/W and sometimes Thursdays, then pv F/S/S.
I find it easier to cope with pv weekends.
Ive a lot to lose but just focusing on losing 100lbs for a holiday next March
After that it will be losing 10 stone total.
My true weight according to the Dukan site is 13 st 8
I'll probaby wait until I get closer to target and set my own target, something Im comfortable with
