    The carrott and corriander patties look GORGEOUS!!!

    Might have to try and make a healthy version as he added double cream and full fat soft cheese to them x

    I saw it. Gonna have a go at the fritters when I get back off holiday. He also did a sausage and pasta dish that I'm sure could be adapted to sw.

    he grated carrots, put in corriander (sp?) put in egg, flour & cream. Made them into burger shaped & fried them looked lush, oh grated parmasan cheese 2. I guess u could use cheese from allowance & leave out the cream x

    i was thinking that they could be made sw way was thinking the vlf fromage instead of the cream and the cheese hex:) its funny how the first thing u think when watching a cooking program is how can i do that to fit sw:)

    could use Quark/vlf fromaage frais/ vlf yoghurt if fritters
